Director Lee, who previously served as the assistant manager of the Department of Marketing Planning, Eslite Bookstore studied in France and obtained a master’s degree in industrial design and a diploma in product designer and concept designer the same year. After returning to 2001, Director Lee joined ASUS. He led the design team to win four industry design awards (IF design award, Red-dot design award, IDEA design award, G-mark design award) while serving at ASUS. Director Lee is also the designer who won the first IF design award for ASUS Group and led the team to win the first IDEA Silver Award for the group.
ASUS and Pegatron separated in 2008. Director Lee continued leading the industrial design team to set up the PEGACASA design team. In addition to the existing industry-oriented IT product lines (smartphones, smart wearable devices, VR, notebook computers, tablet PCs, netcom equipment, displays, IOT, etc.), Director Lee also planned the team’s commitment to non-IT product design and development, such as home appliances, fashion accessories, industrial equipment, electric vehicles, future transportation vehicles, etc. In 2013, Director Lee was praised by foreign media as one of the five design thinkers of the year.
In addition to establishing electronic boutique product lines, building design at Pegatron’s headquarter, the Shanghai Pegatron headquarter, and Suzhou and Kunshan production bases were established.
Director Lee also initiated the Taiwan Design Assistance Plan. With designer passion, he voluntarily assisted disadvantaged communities needing design assistance and improvement free of charge. In 2016, Director Lee led his team to visit Hualien and Taitung to complete building interior design and renovation at National Dong Hwa University Yang Mu Library, Yu-Dong Junior High School, and YuLi Holy Church. In addition to realizing public welfare and humanistic aspirations, the team’s cross-domain design capabilities were expanded.
In order to follow global environmental protection issues, Director Lee promoted the “Reusing Carton Standard (RCS) concept. Incorporating graphic design and an innovative mindset has also been proposed with hopes of promoting the so-called “Reusing Carton Standard” (RCS) and maximizing the service life and value of packaging boxes. Additionally, a series of indicative marks have been produced to remind users and elicit their reuse desire. This new value of use concept has won the recognition of the iF Design Award 2012.
In 2019, Director Lee set foot in the interior design of large buildings for the first time. He cooperated with Vieshow Cinemas Group to design and plan a first-class movie theater MUVIE-CINEMA located in the most prosperous part of Xinyi District, Taipei. Special acoustic fabric developed by the technological industry and the pioneering hidden marble-patterned large auditorium sound system in cooperation with Vieshow Cinemas has extended the possibility of large-space design or the definition of IOT product acoustics.
In 2020, Director Lee left Pegatron. As a design freelancer, he continued to adhere to the passion for creating the eastern humanistic value and boutique design, thereby engulfing the creation of exquisite humanities and forward-looking technologies.

《環保設計相關》
為關注地球環保議題, 推動地球"紙箱再利用標示”RCS (Reusing Carton Standard )的概念, 提出結合平面設計與創新思維，希望推動所謂的"紙箱再利用標示”RCS (Reusing Carton Standard ) ,將包裝盒使用壽命與價值發揮到最大，並製定出一系列標示性圖案標誌,提醒消費者再利用的慾望並藉由新的使用價值，此概念獲得2012國際設計大獎IF的肯定。
《商業空間與企業形象 設計相關》
2019年,首次跨足大型建築室內設計,在台北信義核心區與威秀影業集團合作設計與規劃頂級影城MUVIE-CINEMAS, 利用科技產業開發的特殊聲學布料與威秀影城合作首創隱藏式大理石紋巨型影廳音響系統，延展大空間設計或未來IOT產品聲學定義的可能性。

2020年，離開和碩集團，創辦瑞氏生技公司，Atelier AGI設計事務所,以設計自由人的身份持續創造東方人文價值與跨界多元設計的熱情,營造精緻人文與前瞻科技的兼容並蓄。
